Local Organization
BYLAWS
The BPW/Tallahassee Bylaws is the most important document of the organization. The bylaws state what rights the members have within the organization, how much power the local organization has to make decisions, and what limits of power are put on boards and officers.

MISSION
The mission of this local organization shall be to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education and information.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this local organization shall be:
- To elevate the standards for working women in business, in local and state government and in the professions;
- To promote the interests of business and professional women including those in the private sector as well as those in local or state government;
- To bring about a spirit of cooperation among business and professional women of the United States;
- To extend opportunities to business and professional women through education along lines of industrial, scientific and vocational activities.
